The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
January 24, 1994, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Kenny Rogers Roasters
PUD - Preliminary � Final, #6-87F.
The applicant is requesting a 3315 s.f. fast food restaurant with a drive-thru
window, on 1.10 acres located at the southeast corner of College Avenue and
Monroe Dr. and zoned HB, Highway Business.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should
