Attached are five sets of prints of the Kenny Rogers Roasters PUD Site and Landscape
Plans, reflecting revisions made in response to Staff Comments. Additional information
regarding responses to specific comments follows:
14. The circulation system has been adjusted so that the parking bay immediately
south of the building is one way east bound. Associated changes in the
landscaped island east of the drive-up entry and additional directional signage
has been added as suggested.
17. Some additional landscaping has been added to increase screening while
keeping this site in character with The Square as a whole. There is physically
not room to add some of the additional plantings suggested by City Staff.
18. We feel that an additional landscape island at the west end of the southerly
parking bay would appear to be out of character with the remainder of the
parking lot west of The Square. Similar landscape islands were not required of
Chili's.
Color renderings, 8'/z x 11 reductions, and ten sets of prints will be provided by
January 18th as requested.
