Council which annexed and zoned approximately 23.37 acres known as the
Dueck Colorado Properties, Ltd. Annexation.
BACKGROUND:
The legal descriptions included in Ordinances No. 55, 1987, and No. 56,
1987, annexing and zoning approximately 23.37 acres located east of S.
College Avenue, south of the Trilby Road, and north of Robert Benson Lake,
known as the Dueck Colorado Properties, Ltd. Annexation, contained certain
errors and omissions which may lead to confusion as to the land annexed and
zoned. Therefore, the two new ordinances amend the previous ordinances to
describe with greater precision and accuracy the land intended to be
annexed and zoned.
