Please find enclosed an original Petition for Rezoning of.
property owned by Dueck Colorado Properties, Ltd. Based upon your
meetings with_David Moore of Dueck and Lucia Liley of this office,
the enclosed,'P.etition requests a change in zoning from the
T-Transition t'o.the H-B Highway Business zoning designation. It
is our understanding that this matter is scheduled for the May
meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board. Assuming the request
will be approved by the Planning and Zoning Board at their May
meeting,. the rezoning will then be presented to the City Council
at the'�ir. �meeting of June 16, 1987.
O:ur �office will also submit legal documents to the City
Councii to haye this property included within the boundaries of an
existing special improvement district at the council meetings of
May 19 and June 16, 1987. Should you need anything in addition to
the enclosed information to prepare for the upcoming Planning and
