The Planning and Zoning Soard of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, March 23, 1987, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers*, New City
Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your neigh-
borhood. The project is commonly referred to as the 0'Neill Subdivision
- Preliminary and Final, Case Number #7-87.
The applicant is requesting approval to subdivide an existing lot contain-
ing a medical office building. The project is located at 1224 E. Elizabeth
St. and is zoned B-L, Limited 8usiness.
Both the Planning and Zoning Soard anc+ the City Planning Staff consider
your input on this matter an extremely important element in the City's
