request for prelimirrary and firral subdivision of the 0'Neill parcel at 1224
East Elizabeth Street. As a result, the request has been pulled from the
March 23, 1987 agenda of the Planning and Zoning Board. The purpose of
removing the request is to gain one additional month to resolve the dra�n—
age probl em. It i s the opi ni on of staff that i t woul d be remi ss to al 1 ow
`this request in full knowledge of the present drainage condition.

have regarding this issue.
