Dear Jim:
Staff has reviewed the Light and Power Utility Service Center Communieation
Tower PUD and has the following comments to make:
. To meet Storm Drainage Requirements, a letter must be submitted by a
registered engineer discussing the impact of this site on drainage. Storm
Drainage impact is anticipated to be m.inor; however, a request for a
variance from full storm drainage submittal requirements and the detention
requirement must be submitted. According to the FEMA floodplain maps,
the tower site is not in the Poudre River Floodplain. This does need to be
erified by the engineer.
. The height of the tower should be indicated on the site plan.
J3. The distance :of the towe; base to property lines should be shown on the
 plan.
4. Staff is presuming that this is a request for both preliminary and final PUD
approval. Therefore, all final plan-required information must be shown on
the site plan (see attached sheets).
5. The height review analysis inform:ation needs to be submitted for review (see
attached).
By noon on Wednesday. Julv 6, 1988, three copies of the revised plans
addressing these comments must Ue submitted to this office. By Mondav: Julv
18.1988 ten (10) folded copies of all plans, a colored rendering (unfolded) and
an 8-1 '2"x 11" PMT reduction (or similar quality, zerox copies unacceptable)
must U submitted. -
