ITEM 5F RAIN BARRELS - 1 POINT JUSTIFICATION: THE LANDING AT LEMAY WILL COMMIT TO PROVIDING EIGHT 50-GALLON BARRELS (1 PER CARRIAGE HOME) FOR THE CARRIAGE HOMES. THE RAINWATER THAT IS CAPTURED WILL BE USED FOR OUTDOOR PURPOSES, SUCH AS TO WATER OUTDOOR PLANTS, LAWNS, OR GARDENS. NEIGHBORHOOD LIVABILITY - - 5 POINTS REQUIRED - 5 POINTS PROPOSED ITEM 2 C - COMMUNITY GATHERING SPACE - 1 SPACE JUSTIFICATION: THE LANDING AT LEMAY WILL PROVIDE APPROXIMATELY A 11,000 SF OF COURTYARD SPACE PROGRAMMED WITH SEATING AREAS AND OPEN SPACES FOR RECREATION.
