Dear Resident:
On Monday, March 2, 1987, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the Music Room, at
Poudre High School, 201 Impala Drive, the staff of the Planning Department
will hold a public information meeting on a proposed development in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Ponderosa Park.
The preceding letter noted the location of the project as 300 feet south of
Laporte Ave. The correct location is 300 feet south of Mulberry Street.
We apologize for this error and hope it has not caused any inconvenience.
The purpose of the March 2nd meeting, is to present the proposed develop-
ment plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and
receive comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The staff
would strongly urge you to attend.
If you have any questions reaardina this matter, please call the Planning
Department at 221-6750, or Dick Rutherford, representing the applicant, at
482-9331.
