The City Staff has completed it's review of. Ponderosa Park, PUD - Prelimi-

the sidewalk to the building envelopes (Lots 25-27 and 37-39).

foundation plantings.
3. All utility Pasements and tracts dedicated on the original plat of
"Ponderosa Park PUD" need to be retained.
4. Please provide a list of all variances from City standards. Also,
please request and justify the variances request in written form.
5. Show intersection of Ponderosa and the proposed street, it is not drawn
like'it is in the field.
6.- The applicant should contact Mike Herzig, Development Coordinator,
221-6750, to discuss the concrete ribbon around the "out" parcel in the
cul-de-sac.
