NOTES:
1. ALL STORM, SANITARY, AND WATER AS WELL AS POWER AND
OTHER "DRY" UTILITY INSTALLATIONS, SHALL CONFORM TO THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS CURRENT AT
THE DATE OF APPROVAL OF THE PLANS BY THE LOCAL ENGINEER.
2. STORM SEWER PIPE SHALL BE RCP OR ADS HP WITH WATER TIGHT
JOINTS AS SPECIFIED ON THE PLAN OR OTHERWISE NOTED. ALL
STORM SEWER SHALL BE INSPECTED BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
(COFC).
3. LENGTH OF PIPE IS MEASURED FROM CENTER OF STRUCTURE TO
CENTER OF STRUCTURE.
4. WATER MAINS AND FIRE LINES SHALL BE PVC(C900) AS SPECIFIED
BY THE COFC. THE MINIMUM COVER OVER WATER LINES IS 4.5 FEET
AND THE MAXIMUM COVER IS 5.5 FEET UNLESS OTHERWISE
APPROVED BY THE COFC.
5. ALL WATER SERVICES SHALL BE INSTALLED AT A MINIMUM OF 5
FEET BELOW FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION AND SHALL BE TYPE K
COPPER AS SPECIFIED BY COFC.
6. ALL SANITARY SEWER PIPE SHALL BE PVC (SDR35) UNLESS
OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE PLAN. SEWER PIPE SHALL BE AS
SPECIFIED BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS STANDARD PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS.
7. SEE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS FOR WALL LOCATION DETAILS OF
GAS METERS, ELECTRIC METERS, AND TELEPHONE TERMINALS.
