A neighborhood meeting will be required prior to submittal of the group home application. Enclosed is a map with the area of property notifica- tion shown. 2. Submittal for the October 24, 1988 Planning and Zoning Board meeting is September 28, 1988. Submittal requirements for a group home include: - 1 application and $85.00 application fee; - Legal description of site on 8-1/2" x 11" (2 copies); - description of program, including maximum number of residents, staffing and supervision (25 copies); site plan (25 copies) folded, on 24" x 36" page, showing project name, existing buildings, paved areas and landscaped areas. - list of property owners within 500 feet (submitted for neighborhood meeting) on mailing labels (or on enclosed spacing sheet); signed reproducible mylar, with owner's signature (submitted one week prior to Planning and .Zoning Board hearing).
