regarding our annexation and land use of the Vine Street
Partnership property.
I1TTERCHANGE FOR THE BYPASS:
We will reserve the requirecl. property for the Interchange and
the Highway and recognize it in land planning.
MAJOR OPPORTUNITY:
We recognize it is a ma-ior opportunity for us to do a first
class development, and we take pride in our ability to create a
project that is beneficial to all of the users to the City as
well as ourselves. We will have the opporunity here to create
for the City a major new entrance and source of tax revenue from
any commercial/industrial development that will be enhanced
because of this road.
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY:
Charles Deane, in our office, will be coordinating the
annexation through your department and will be working closely
on some conceptual plans for the Land Use as we work on this
exciting new opportunity.
