I1TTERCHANGE FOR THE BYPASS: We will reserve the requirecl. property for the Interchange and the Highway and recognize it in land planning. MAJOR OPPORTUNITY: We recognize it is a ma-ior opportunity for us to do a first class development, and we take pride in our ability to create a project that is beneficial to all of the users to the City as well as ourselves. We will have the opporunity here to create for the City a major new entrance and source of tax revenue from any commercial/industrial development that will be enhanced because of this road.
