Crier c/o Planning/Environmental Manager Division of Highways P.O. Box 850 Greeley, CO. 80632-0850 \, Dear John, I have received your letter of July 28, 1987, expressing the Division of Highways' concerns with the proposed Vine Business Park Annexation and Zoning to the City of Fort Collins in relationship to the "Vine Corridor" for the Fort Collins Expressway. I want you to know that I hear and under- stand your concerns on this matter. The City of Fort Collins and the annexation's applicant, the W. W. Rey- nolds Companies of Boulder, CO., are extremely interested in this corridor for the parkway. Neither the City nor the applicant wish to do anything which would preclude or hinder the parkway's development through this prop- erty. Enclosed, is a letter, dated June 30, 1987, from Mr. William W. Rey- nolds, President of the W. W. Reynolds Companies, to Mr. Tom Peterson, City of Fort Collins' Planning Director, indicating that his firm will recognize the parkway's corridor during the planning for development of the property and will "reserve" the required corridor for the parkway and interchange with I-25. If you still desire a meeting with City staff on this issue we would be more than happy to meet with you. Sincerely, WLucO' Kenneth G. Waido Chief.
