Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, August 24, 1987*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City
Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation and zoning in
your neighborhood. The proposed annexation is located at the northwest cor-
ner of Vine Drive and I-25 and is commonly known as Vine Drive Business
Park Annexation and Zoning, Case Number #47-87,A.
The applicants are seeking approval to annex 165.77 acres and to zone to
I-L, Limited Industrial.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider
your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely
important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable
to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500
feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records. If you
should have questions or require further information about this item,

remaining items will be continued to Wednesday evening, August 26th, at
