Dear Resident,
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, September 28, 1987*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New
City Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly referred to as North Col-
lege Properties POD - Preliminary, Case Number #48-87.
The applicants are seeking approval for 1,843 square feet of commercial use
(Expert Auto) on a 17,850 square foot lot. The project is located south of
Bristlecone and east of North College Avenue and is zoned H-B, Highway
Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider
your input on this matter an extremely important element in the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written
comments are welcome.
