This project is located north of Kechter Road and east of Lady Moon Drive. The project is bordered by the Poudre School District High School on the west, Willowbrook Subdivision on the east, Kechter Road on the south. The property was recently a part of a Preliminary and Final Plat process for Kechter Townhomes. The plat laid out various open space tracts to be owned by the HOA and 54 Single Family lots. The Kechter Towhnhomes plat was recorded on December 23, 2021, with a Reception Number of #20210116015. This project is proposed to amend and correct the lots lines between Lots 25-29.
