5. ALL WATER SERVICES SHALL BE INSTALLED AT A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET BELOW FINISHED
FLOOR ELEVATION AND SHALL BE TYPE K COPPER AS SPECIFIED BY COFC.
6. ALL SANITARY SEWER PIPE SHALL BE PVC (SDR35) UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON
