The invasive pest, Emeraltl Ash Borer, will eventually reach Fort Collins and kill all untreated Ash trees. The Erosion Control Materials will need to be submitted at time of the first round of FDP. Erosion Control Materials that were accepted for this site prior were based off the old standards, therefore Erosion and Sediment Control Materials need to be reworked and updated to meet the current standards then resubmitted for review, Based upon the area of disturbance, a State permit for discharge of stormwater from construction activity will be required since the site is over an acre and this will need to be pulled before Construction Activities begin.
