I've attached a copy of the legal in word.
There is a surveyors signature block located at the lower left handed corner. The signature line is removed because it
interferes with the surveyors stamp & signature. I will sign and stamp the survey in the area of the signature line, about
were the draft stamp is now. It has not been an issue in the past.

Looks good to me! Just one thing, the City has requested the addition of a Signature Block for surveyor siynature on the
drawing in the lower left hand corner. That should be a quick change.
Could you send over a word document of the legal description so I can update the Petition for Annexation?

Courtney, as discussed at staff review and checking with the Clerk's Office, we need the revised legal description (word
file) that includes the additional ROW on W CR 38 E by next Wednesday 4/4, at the very latest by Friday 4/6 to be
included for the April.l7 Council Hearing packet. I assume the map will need to be updated to calculate new legal. Can
you check with Northern Engineering to see if they can provide revisions by then? If they need more time, then this
item will move to the Council May 1 hearing. Let me know if you have any questions.
