AT THE WET WELLS, SPLITTER STRUCTURE AND HEADWALLS, THE FORM ON ONE SIDE OF THE WALLS SHALL BE IN PLACE BUT THE OTHER SIDE SHALL BE FULLY OPEN TO ALLOW FOR FULL OBSERVATION OF THE CONDITION OF THE TOP OF THE BASE SLAB, THE WATERSTOP, AND THE WALL REINFORCING. CONCRETE TESTING REQUIRED BY AN INDEPENDENT INSPECTION AGENCY JOBSITE TESTING OF DELIVERED CONCRETE AIR CONTENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FIRST LOAD OF EACH DAY. ANY CONCRETE LOAD WHICH FAILS AIR CONTENT SHALL BE FIELD MODIFIED UNTIL ACCEPTANCE IS ACHIEVED. THE REMAINING CYLINDER SHALL BE HELD IN CASE ADDITIONAL TESTING IS REQUIRED. THE INDEPENDENT INSPECTION AGENCY SHALL SUBMIT TEST RESULTS TO THE OWNER, CONTRACTOR AND ENGINEER. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE TESTING WITH THE INDEPENDENT AGENCY. CONCRETE FORMING CONCRETE FORMING SHALL CONFORM TO ACI 350.5-12.
