On behatf of the Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD), Farnswoith Group fias reviewed the Overall
Development Plan ident�ed as:
Masker Uti(ity Plan review for the Gateway at Prospect multi-zaned/multi-use development. The
Utility Plan propases sanitary sewers running throughout the development conneeting to BSD's
existing sanitary sewers.
The DiStrict hereby advises as follows:

Commenfs:
1) PreVious commen#s were addressed. Signifcant sewer relocations wi11 be required as
deveiapment occurs wiihin this site and will need to be coordinated with BSD in future submiftai
stages including PDP and platting.
7he District has adequate capacity to service the Property referenced above. The District is in fufl
corimpliance wifh Federal and State waCer quality requirements. We laok forward to review futu�e
