College Ave, Rally 5 Canopy Mr. Sullivan, Contained within this submittal are the required documents for the Basic Development Review. This cover letter shall serve as the Project Description. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We are currently in the process of creating a connecting canopy between Rally5 (2310 E. Harmony, Ste 101) and Rally5 Annex (2350 E. Harmony, Ste. 103) to provide a covered pathway for both customers and staff moving between the two spaces. Originally, this project was submitted as a Minor Amendment. However, during the initial review phase, a significant adjustment was required. We were asked to consolidate the building envelopes into a single unit through a replatting process, as well as to vacate the access easement. Additionally, this request mandates the submission of the Building Development Review (BDR).
