Contained within this submittal are the required documents for the Basic Development Review. This cover letter
shall serve as the Project Description.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We are currently in the process of creating a connecting canopy between Rally5 (2310 E. Harmony, Ste 101) and
Rally5 Annex (2350 E. Harmony, Ste. 103) to provide a covered pathway for both customers and staff moving
between the two spaces.
Originally, this project was submitted as a Minor Amendment. However, during the initial review phase, a
significant adjustment was required. We were asked to consolidate the building envelopes into a single unit
through a replatting process, as well as to vacate the access easement. Additionally, this request mandates the
submission of the Building Development Review (BDR). Attached to this project description, you will find the
relevant documents outlining the easement vacation and replatting procedures.
