Specific information about this development proposal is to the right and on the back of this letter. We welcome and enconrage yonr participation, as yonr inpnt is an important part of the development review process. You received this notice because records from the Larimer County Assessor's Office indicate you own property within the notification area. Because of the lag time in recordkeeping, or because of rental situations, some neighbors may be missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of the public hearing so they can attend. The site is about 7 acres. ■ While the Plat has the name "University Square", it is also recently known as the future location for the CSU South College Parking Garage, which was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on May 14, 2015. ■ Any change to a projecYs approved Plat (which shows the lot lines, easements and dedications) must go to a public hearing. ■ The site plan layout, building design and landscape design approved by the Planning and Zoning Board for the CSU Parking Garage is not a subject of this hearing.
