Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
November 18, 1991*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation in your
neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Link-N-Greens, Third
- Annexation and Zoning, #49-87 D, E.
The applicant is requesting to annex and zone into the R-C, River Corridor Zoning
District, about 44 acres, located south of E. Lincoln Avenue and West of Lemay
Avenue.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should
have questions or require further information about this item, please feel free
