We have reviewed the proposed Link-N-Greens Second Annexation and the
impact report you submitted. The annexation itself will not result in
any significant impacts on County facilities or services; however,
future development of this site could contribute to impacts on the
County road system. Larimer County does not oppose the Link-N-Greens
Second Annexation, but we wish to include in the record a sta€ement that
future development of this site should include provisions to address
additional impacts on the County road sytstem resulting from the
additional traffic generated by the new development.
Thank you for the opportunity to review this proposal. If you have any
questions or need additional information, please contact Mr. Henry R.
Baker in the Larimer Gounty Planning Department.
8incerely,
