The annexation itself will not result in any significant impacts on County facilities or services; however, future development of this site could contribute to impacts on the County road system. Larimer County does not oppose the Link-N-Greens Second Annexation, but we wish to include in the record a sta€ement that future development of this site should include provisions to address additional impacts on the County road sytstem resulting from the additional traffic generated by the new development.
