Board members present included Dave Edwards, Sandy Kern, Laurie 0'Dell, Bernie Stran, Jim Klataske, and Cnairman Don Crews. Members Sharon Brown and Linda Lang were not present. Staff_ mecnbers present included Tom Peterson, Joe Frank, Debbie DeBesche, Ted Shepa�, Jim Newell, and Renee Joseph. Legal representative was Paul Eckman. Tom Peterson stated the Provincetowne PUD - Master Plan Amendment, Pro- vincetowne - Amended Master Plan of Tract M, and Provincetowne PUD - Preli- minary has been postponed, at the applicant's request, until the October 26, 1987 meeting. He indicated in discussions with the applicant a neigh- borhood meeting is planned in the next few weeks on the Provinc�towne PUD to attempt to clear sane concerns that have been expressed in recent weeks. Tcxn Peterson listed the items on the Consent Agenda which consisted of: Item 1, Mir�tes of the August 24, 1987 meetirg; Item 2, North College Prop- erties PtJD - Preliminary; It�n 3, Sprir�g Creek Professional Park PUD, Lot 10 Buildirg J-Final; Item 4, Fairway II PUD, 1ST Replat at Southridge Greens - Final; Item 5, South Glen 3RD Filing Amended - Final; Item 6, Pav- ilion PUD, Phase 1(Black Eyed Pea) - Final; ; Itan 8, Northern Colorado Nature Cer��er 1ST Annexation and Zoning; Item 9, Northern Colorado Nature Center 2ND Annexation and Zoning; ar�d Item 10, Amer�dment to Section 118-83(E) to Allaw for Greater Flexibility with Regard to the Number of Unrelated Persons Who May Reside in a Dwellir�g Unit in Multiple-Family Dwellirgs. Tom Peterson added after the Consent and Discussion Agenda are completed the Board's Annual Meeting will take place for the election of officers. Mernber Edwards stated he wanted Item 2, North College Properties R7D - Pr2- liminary, pulled fran the Consent Agenda. He noted a potential perceived conflict with Item 7, Shoreline PUD - Final and stated he would not vote on that item. M�r Rern moved for the adoption of Items 1 through 10, with the excep- tion of Item 2 and 7. Member Edwards seoonded. Motion passed 6-0. Manher 0'Dell moved to approve Item 7. Member Klataske seconded. Motion passed 5-0. �
