This Warranty Deed transfers four-hundred (400) acres of land
from the ownership of the Colorado State University Research
Foundation to the State Board of Agriculture, governing body of
Colorado State University.
This transfer of ownership conforms to the requirements con-
tained in the bond resolution under which revenue bonds were
issued and sold to provide the Research Foundation funds with
wh.ich to purehase this property.
This land.is identified as the East Rigden Farm and is assigned to
the Experiment Station for its use.
