and is designated for residential develognent at a minimun of 2 units per

The applicant propc�sed to divide the property into 3 lots, the tvx� south
lots are presently develaped as single family �its (ooriverted mobile
homes), the rborth lot to be a new (vacant) building site.

The subject property is part of a larger parcel that was split in 1973
(3-14-73) without QoLmty appraval. Approximately .7 acres was split fran
the north enci of the property (McClure & Reyes). �his piece of praperty
has changed harXis 4 times since then arxi the current owner has r�at been
willing t.n participate in the process to resolve the earlier split.
Other lots sizes in the inmediate area range from .22 acres (9600 sq. ft.)
to 8.35 acres. 'lhe predaninant size of a majority of the lots is
approximately one acre.
