It is recommended that the Petitioner consul.t with the Larimer County Planning Staff prior to filing a pet:ition for variance or interpretation. 2. All application for variances or interpretatians,of the Comprehensive Zoning Fesolution for Larimer Count}• must be filed with the Larimer County Planning Office. Notice of said hearings shall be published once in a newspaper serving the area at least ]0 (ten) days prior to the hearing date. 3. Petitioner shall submit to the Planning Office a scaled drawing (8'2 x 11") of the propert�' and a list of names and addresses of ALL property owners of record within 500 feet of the proposed variance. The scaled drawi.ng shall show all pertinent information, property lines, structures, road right-of- �ca�•, streams, lakes, etc., which may be affected bv the variance. 4. �11 proposed variances within three miles of a municipality �ahich has a legally established Plannin� Commission shall be forwarded from the Count�� Plannin; Office to the respective municipal Plannin� Commission or their agent for review prior to r_he Board of Adjustments hearing. �. Hearings of the Board of Adjustment are held on the 4TH TUESDAI' OF EACH MONTH.
