DATE: December 2, 2002 RE: Bank One at Miramont Office Park, (Harmony 8� Boardwalk) Responses The following is a summary of the responses to comments regarding the above referenced Bank One project. The comments occur and are referenced per your attached Staff Project Review, which is attached for reference. ISSUES: Department: Current Planning Issue Contact Ted Shepard Topic: General 62. The plans do indicate the upgraded features in the plaza area — 4 light bollards and 2 benches are to provided. 63. Sheet is deleted. 64. Street trees are shifted. Department: Engineering Topic: General 38. 54. 55. 60. 61. 62. Bank One is working on this with the Church. It is understood that it is required prior to mylar submittal. Has been removed from Planning documents. Per subsequent conversations, sheet 3 of 3 was also removed. Planning approval block was corrected. Not applicable. The titles have been changed to agreed upon language (subsequent to this comment); except FP title is exact per the recommended verbage. Trees have been shifted. A blanket vacation note has been added to the plat. Topic: Utililty Plans 37. Exact patch limits have been negotiated referencing surveyed Harmony Boulevard data. Department: Stormwater Utility Issue Contact: Wes Lamarque Topic: Drainage 48. The plat and Construction Documents now reflect two 10 foot drainage easement on the Bank property. In our research, we have been unable to identify any easements on the church property where it is common with the Bank lot. We are in negotiations with the Church to provide the required easements. 50. The water surfaces were incorrectly placed on the drawings. The revision should clarify. Note that both the water quality orifices and the initial control orifice are behind the trash area (screen). 51. Has been completed. Topic: Erosion/Sediment Control 56. No action required.
