The following is a summary of the responses to comments regarding the above referenced Bank
One project. The comments occur and are referenced per your attached Staff Project Review,
which is attached for reference.

48. The plat and Construction Documents now reflect two 10 foot drainage easement on
the Bank property. In our research, we have been unable to identify any easements
on the church property where it is common with the Bank lot. We are in negotiations
with the Church to provide the required easements.
50. The water surfaces were incorrectly placed on the drawings. The revision should
clarify. Note that both the water quality orifices and the initial control orifice are
behind the trash area (screen).
