We have revised our Final P.U.D. submittal for the above named project as per
Staff comments dated November 20, 2000.

The plat and site plan are coordinated with regards to building envelopes
and easements.
Acknowledged. See revised plat.
Acknowledged.
A utility coordination meeting was held, and potential conflicts with
water, gas and electric were resolved.
Public Service representatives attended the utility coordination meeting.

The proposed fence around the perimeter of the site has been removed
with the exception of the 5' high fence along the west boundary. A note
has been added indicating access onto the Lemay sidewalk.
The concrete pan along the north property line prohibits adding trees in
this area. There is only two feet behind the back of the curb and the
drain pan.
The note has been changed.
The phasing has been added to the landscape plan.
The numbers on the land use breakdown has been modified.
The reference to the masonry wall has been deleted - it was a holdover
from a previous submittal when we were proposing columns with the
fence.
The rear garage elevation has been added.
Per our meeting, the applicant is researching proposed parking lot and
building-mounted lighting.

Redline Comment Sheet from Engineering dated 11/10/00:
1. We have added the Boardwalk Drive cross-section to the landscape plan
and have modified the L.emay cross section.
2. The nose of the median on Boardwalk has been pulled back out of the
right-of-way.
