RE: The Lodge at Miramon#
Dear Ms. Serna:
This is in response to your letter dated May 18, 2000, requesting an extension to
the required 90 day tum around time for addressing staff s comments for the
project. In your letter you state, in part, "in order to keep this project in the
development review process, we are requesting the allowed 30 day extension".
Normally, a 30 day extension would not be granted without some explanation of
why you are requesting the extension. However, after sfiaff's review, it has been
determined that a time extension is warranted. Therefore, it is staff's opinion that
a 30-day extension will provide adequate time for your design team to resolve the
outstanding issues and provide to the City a revised and complete set ofi project
drawings and documents.
Based upon this extension, a revised time line for your next submittal, shall be
June 23, 2000: Therefore, if complete revised plans are not submitted by the
end of the day on Friday, June 23, 2000; this project will automatically lapse and
become null and void_

30-day extension for the re-submittal of Staff comments to The Lodge at Miramont
Preliminary PUD.

90-days: May 22,2000
30-day extension: June 20, 2000.
