Below my email is her response. Breanna was comfortable with Joel’s confirma&on that they could get the gas within the 9’ u&lity easement along Bri(any but I offered to widen the easement to 10’ to allow some flexibility. I don’t believe that this have any adverse impact on the site design. Breanna also confirmed that Xcel should not need to use the easement along the west side of Lemay with the exis&ng mains along the east side. The main along the south side of Bri(any will either be a dead end line or they may loop it back to the north side of Bri(any. I will include this along with the other u&lity provider responses on our response to comments. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can provide to resolve any outstanding comments. To serve Block 2, Lots 2, 5, and 6 with power going in first, I’m concerned leaving 6” for us to run the gas line may be cuBng it too close. It’s possible, however if there is any way to increase this easement it would be much appreciated. I looped Kim with CARE into the discussion. One of the City comments that we are working to resolve is in regards to the u&li&es at the southwest corner of Bri(any & Lemay. We have some overlapping easements, the sewer easement and the drainage/u&lity easement, that the City wants confirma&on that does not create current or future u&lity issues. Here is a screen shot of the area: The other comment we are trying to resolve is regarding the placement of the gas line in front of Lots 2, 5 & 6 of Block 2. Our conceptual layout has the gas line placed on the inside of the 9’ u&lity easement, with a separa&on of 3’ from the electric line. The gas would be 6” inside the u&lity easement. Joel’s response is he thought that this was workable. Here is a screenshot for reference: EXTERNAL - STOP & THINK before opening links and attachments. 3 Would you mind replying to those par&cular areas and let me know if there are any issues or concerns that need to be addressed? I would like to forward your response to hopefully get these last 2 comments resolved. Thank you! Jason T. In par&cular, we discussed the constraints at the southwest corner of Bri(any & Lemay, gas service to the northern single-family lots, and gas service to the apartment buildings. A(ached is the u&lity plan with the preliminary gas line & service layouts. The final layout will be confirmed by Xcel. EXTERNAL - STOP & THINK before opening links and attachments. 7 There is an exis&ng gas line along the north side of Bri(any. Gas would be extended across Bri(any to service the 11 single family lots and also the relocated gas service to the church. For the sec&on between Lots 2 thru 6 of Block 2, the gas line is placed on the inside of the 9’ u&lity easement, with a separa&on of 3’ from the electric line. The gas would be 6” inside the u&lity easement. The gas services to the apartments would come off the exis&ng medium pressure along the north side of Trilby. When talking with Joel about Bri(any/Lemay, currently there is no need for gas to be in this area. Please review the a(ached and let me know if there are any ques&ons. Dave/Rob, Please let me know if this resolves your comments regarding the u&lity layout and easements. Thank you, Jason T.
