Attached are prints of the Miramont Self Storage P.U.D., revised in response to Staff
Comments. Specific responses to some comments follow:
4b. Building "D" has been split into two buildings as requested.
5a-c. The building envelopes have been further defined, and dimensioned. Actual
building dimensions are not required.
7a. General note #4 has been modified as requested.
7b. General note #7 has been modified as requested.
7c. Based upon other self storage projects the client owns, they feel that one trash
enclosure is adequate.
7d. The land use table has been modified as requested.
7e-f. The vicinity map, and surrounding property zoning has been modified.
7g&I. Due to space limits, and the inability to detach the sidewalk on the north side
of the driveway, we have elected to keep it attached, however, we have
increased the width from 4' to 6', and added more trees.
7h. The height of the wrought iron fence has been labeled at 6'.
7i. The sidewalk has been increased in width to 8', 2' more than requested.
' 7j. All trees to remain have been labeled as such. The landscape plan clearly
indicates where the relocated trees are being moved to (just south of buildings
K&L).
7k. Plant note 17 has been modified as requested.
7m. By code, we can have up to 15 parking spaces without a median. Since this
is a small parking lot, buffered from Boardwalk Drive by the office building, and

with a substantial landscape buffer to the self storage buildings, we feel that
the requested medians are not needed.
7n. Additional shrubs have been added around the office/residence. Additional
trees have been added in the green space to the north.
70. Additional trees have been added on the south, east, and north sides of the
office building.
7p. Some additional shade trees have been added to the pedestrian connection.
7q. The perspective drawing will be submitted with final renderings and PMT's.
7r-w. The additional information and elevations have been added as requested.
7x. There is a legally binding recorded agreement to provide the required off-site
access easement. The actual easement is currently being circulated for the
required signatures and will betted to the city as soon as possible. We
understand that this project will be scheduled for a P&Z hearing until the
easement has been submitted...__`
