Specific responses to some comments follow: 4b. Building "D" has been split into two buildings as requested. 5a-c. The building envelopes have been further defined, and dimensioned. Actual building dimensions are not required. 7a. General note #4 has been modified as requested. 7b. General note #7 has been modified as requested. 7c. Based upon other self storage projects the client owns, they feel that one trash enclosure is adequate. 7d. The land use table has been modified as requested. 7e-f. The vicinity map, and surrounding property zoning has been modified. 7g&I. Due to space limits, and the inability to detach the sidewalk on the north side of the driveway, we have elected to keep it attached, however, we have increased the width from 4' to 6', and added more trees. 7h. The height of the wrought iron fence has been labeled at 6'. 7i. The sidewalk has been increased in width to 8', 2' more than requested. �' 7j. All trees to remain have been labeled as such. The landscape plan clearly indicates where the relocated trees are being moved to (just south of buildings K&L). 7k. Plant note 17 has been modified as requested. 7m. By code, we can have up to 15 parking spaces without a median. Since this is a small parking lot, buffered from Boardwalk Drive by the office building, and . ' � � �� o 0 �� � urban design, inc. with a substantial landscape buffer to the self storage buildings, we feel that the requested medians are not needed. 7n. Additional shrubs have been added around the office/residence. Additional trees have been added in the green space to the north. 70. Additional trees have been added on the south, east, and north sides of the office building. 7p. Some additional shade trees have been added to the pedestrian connection. 7q. The perspective drawing will be submitted with final renderings and PMT's. 7r-w. The additional information and elevations have been added as requested. 7x. There is a legally binding recorded agreement to provide the required off-site access easement. The actual easement is currently being circulated for the required signatures and will b�e��tted to the city as soon as possible.
