The Planning and Zoning Boazd of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday, September 18,
1997*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a
public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly
known as Miramont Oftice Park PUD, Preliminary and Final, #54-87AN.
The applicant requests approval for an office complex containing a total of 52,500 s.f. of floor area
in 5 buildings on 4.38 acres; located on the west side of Boardwalk Drive between East Harmony
Road and Oakridge Drive. The Harmony Market Shopping Center is to the east and Fairway Estates
residential development and Front Range Babtist Church are to the west. The property is in the HC-
Harmony Corridor.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in
this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public hearing is derived from official records of the
Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or
because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free
to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
If your are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
Please Note: Due to the rzumber of projects being reviewed by the Boarc� there is no guarantee this
item will be heard on the date advertised For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board
typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
