March 7, 1997 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Gollins, Colorado, on Monday, March 24, 1997*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**; City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on finro proposed projects in your neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Oabc/Cottomwood Farm, Amended Overall Development Plan, #54-87AL and Oak/Cottonwood Farm, Miramont Self Storage PUD, Preliminary, #54-87AM. � The applicant is requesting to amend land uses on Parcel V of the Oak/Cottonwood Farm ODP to allow mini-storage units. The appl_icant's request for Miramont Self Storage is for 69,750 s.f. of mini-storage, w/ related office/residence and 7,500 s.f. of office use on 5:27 acres; located on the west side of Boardwalk Drive and south of Oakridge Drive; and zoned rp - Planned Residential with a PUD condition. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbors input, an extremety important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend.the public hearing, but would IiKe to provide input, writter� comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records , of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and. record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to nofify your oeighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors have the opportunity to attend. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this ifem wi/l be hearrJ on the date advertised.
