Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 / ,LJ `''\_ Dear Michael; `J \ Attached are prints of the Miramont Se/f Storage P.U, revised in response to Staff Comments. Due to the number of changes, we are requestin preliminary review and approval at this time. urtl—ier revisions will be submitted by March 5th for the March 24th P&Z hearing. We realize this will cause us to have two hearings before the P&Z board. Due to the number of changes, we are submitting a full set of drawings for review (25 site plans, 20 landscape plans, and 5 elevations). In response to meetings held with adjacent homeowners, the office building has been relocated to the north east corner of the site at the intersection of OakRidge and Boardwalk Drives. This locates the two story elements of the site plan (the office building and managers residence) further away from the adjoining residences. The self storage units, office and manager's residence have also been reoriented to be perpendicular to Boardwalk Drive. As a result, we eliminated long, blank facades backing directly onto Boardwalk Drive. Other units are buffered by the office building and landscaping.
