Attached are prints of the Miamont Se/f Storage P.U.D., revised in response to Staff
Comments and neighborhood concerns.
In response to meetings held with adjacent homeowners, we have revised the plans
in the following ways:
Added a median to the storage unit entrance off Boardwalk Drive. In addition, this
entry has been enhanced with special paving.
- The architecture of the storage unit elevations adjacent to the homes has been
upgraded with the addition of brick and lap siding. The southernmost building has been
split into two buildings to further reduce the scale of the structure. In addition, the
roof heights are varied to provide more articulation, and provide more screening of the
interior units.

' - The architecture of the manager's residence/office has been changed to include brick
columns, and dryvit in place of lap siding. This will be similar to the proposed office
building on lot 2. In addition, all buildings will have 20 Ib dimensional shingles similar
to t sed on adjacent homes__,._

homeowners on specifi i n cen views as needed._
- Additional landscaping has been added to the north and west sides also. On the west
side, there is already considerable landscaping on the Fairway Estates lots which
provides heavy screening of this site.
The requested 6' bike path on the north side has been entirely located on the self
storage property, at the request of the Front Range Baptist Church.
