Dear Mr. Ludwig:
We are submitting for concurrent review a Preliminary P.U.D., Preiliminary Plat and an O.D.P
Amendment to change the existing use from RL to Self Storage and Office.
The O. D. P. we are amending is Oak ! Cottonwood Farm. The area of the O. D. P. that we are
proposing to change is the 5.6 aere Parcel "V''. Our proposal shows a new parce{ "V'' of 4.9
acres containing seif storage and a new pacel "X`' of 0.9 acres containing the office use. The
Preliminary P,U,D. Site Plan and Preliminary Plat are combined into one drawing. This project
is presented as a two lot subdivision with the lot lines being contiguous with the use
designations. It is intended that each lot have a separate Final P.U.D.. Please note that the
Phasing Letter and Proposed Private/Public Open Space Ownership Letter are a part of the
Statement of Planning Objectives.
