RE: Sanders Village Existing Tree Removal Justificaion
We requested that the existing trees as noted on the existing tree inventory plan be allowed to be re-
moved upon project approval and subsequent construction start.
Per the site walkthrough it was determined that there are 15 existing trees on site, all of which where in
Fair condition or worse. Most of the species were Siberian Elm with a few Cottonwoods and one Russian
Olive.
The Cottonwood trees specifically are all growing within the ROW of Turnberry or other local streets that
will need significant grading in order to construct these streets. The others are scattered throughout the
project site and have grown from seed.
