Dear Mr. Ludwig:

( 1. ) A pedestrian access will be shown on the ODP as requested, however it will be shown across to parcels U
�-J an�e do not desire this access to be on our property due to the security nature of the self storage
business. Before final approval, you might want to discuss this with the Fairway Estates neighborhood.
Some of them indicated to me that they would rather not have this connection.
2. Appropriate fire hydrants and access will be shown on the PUD Site Plan and Construction Plans.
3. We will comply with this comment.
4. Adequate lighting will be provided. No alarms will be provided with this project.
5. Separate entrances are desired for the office and self storage parcels.
6. We will comply with this comment.
7a. Parcel X has been designated as Parcel W
7b. Parcel V has been labeled as "Self Storage and Residential"
7c. 'This note has been added.
7d. Four copies of the revised Justification Letter is attached.
Four copies of this letter and four folded copies of the revised plan are also attached.
