Attached are five sets of prints of the Miramont Valley - Final PUD plans, revised in
response to Staff Comments. Specific responses include:
I. SITE PLAN COMMENTS
A. Site Plan Comments:
1. Rhone Valley Court has been eliminated.
2. The pedestrian connection has also been eliminated due to a connection of the
streets.
3. All the required handicap ramps are shown on the engineers plans. However,
we have also added the requested symbols on the site plan.
4. AI walk locations were discussed and agreed upon at preliminary. This
connection, while not impossible, would be difficult due to drainage swales in
that particular location.
II. COMMENTS FROM OTHER REVIEWING DEPARTMENTS
A. Engineering Comments:
The future ROW to cross Mail Creek has been relocated as previously agreed.
2. Due to other redesign considerations, the cul-de-sac island has been eliminated.
7. An access easement is being provided for this driveway, however, it is our
intention that any turning movements will be accommodated on the private lots.
8. This developer does not own the property to the south of Miramont Valley.

B. Stormwater Comments:
The erosion control buffers have been redefined and the development has been
redesigned accordingly.
Ten sets of prints, reductions, and color renderings will be submitted by May 13th, as
requested. Please do not hesitate to call if you need further information; or if we need to meet
regarding any of our revisions.
Sincerely,
