DEED OF DEDICATION FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned Matthew Thomas
Bishop, being the owner of certain real property in Larimer County, Colorado legally described
at Reception No. 20160049757 in the Larimer County Records, in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
consideration, does hereby dedicate, transfer, and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a
Municipal Corporation, for public use forever a pertnanent right-of-way for public street
purposes in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, inore particularly
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by tl�is reference made a part hereof.
It is understood by the undersigried that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort
Collins:
a. Does not accept the duty of maintenance of such right-of-way until permanent
improvements have been made and the City has accepted such improvements.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed by the City, the City does not assume the
duty of maintenance of sidewalks, curbs and gutters, or parkways;
b. That the Property is subject to Easemerits, conditions, coyenants, restrictions,
reservations and notes on the plat of South 13 Subdivision recorded January
04, 1977 under Reception No. 177889.
c. There is an existing six foot utility easement granted to Poudre Valley
Electrical Association, Inc..
