Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, March 12, 1996 at 2:00 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281
North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold
an administrative hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision known as Miramont P.U.D., First Replat,
Amended Plat, #54-87AI.
The applicant is requesting to replat 2 lots and 1 tract for single-family residential use, located on
the west side of South Lemay Avenue, just south of Boardwalk Drive and the Mail Creek Ditch.
The affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping,
or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend.
