Dear Mr. Wray,
Thank you for the opportunity to review this development proposal. As you are aware,
the proposed development is subject to an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) between
the City of Fort Collins and Town of Windsor, including land use and design standards.
The proposed fuel sales and convenience store is an allowed land use per the IGA.
Building elevation drawings were not included with this referral but additional standards
contained in the IGA will apply to building elevations, including the minimum amount of
masonry on the building.
