SOUTii FORT COLLINS SANITATION DISTRICT
The Fort Collins - Loveland Water District and the South Fart Collins Sanitation District have reviewcd
ihe above mentioned project and submit the following comments.
Note #13, on sheet 2, needs to be corrected to indicate that minimum and maximum bury depth is
5 feet and 6 feet respectively.
The District's signature block is required on the face page only.
The Districts cannot approve the drawings until the offsite infrastructure has been installed and
accepted by the Districts.
