College Ave. PO Box 580 Fort Coilins, CO 80522-0580 970.221.6750 970.224.6134 - fax fcgov. com/currentplanning On Thursday, March 16, 2017, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 5— 0 to approve The Standard Project Development Plan #PDP160035, subject to the following two conditions: 1. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for Building B, the applicant shall provide to the City of Fort Collins a copy of a fully executed contract made between the applicant and a bona fide shared car service that serves the Fort Collins region, to the extent that such a shared car service is available and willing to serve the project. Such contract shall stipulate that no less than three shared cars must be parked in the parking garage, at grade level, near the entrance, for a cumulative period of seven years. Further, the parking spaces for the shared cars shall be provided at no charge to the shared car service. In the event that no shared car service is available and willing to serve the project as provided above, the applicant may satisfy this condition by procuring fifteen off-site parking spaces for use by residents of the project. Any changes to this condition of approval must be administered as a Minor Amendment. 2. Upon the opening, operation and management of the apartments, the applicant must establish a committee, consisting of at least one resident and one management staff person, who shall be available, if so requested, to engage in a dialogue with neighbors. • u Such committee shall convene and meet with neighbors on an as-needed basis for the purpose of discussing issues related to ongoing apartment operations, maintenance or management of the apartment project but only to the extent that such issues have an influence on promoting neighborhood compatibility.
