Mr. Shepard,
As a follow-up to the neighborhood meeting held on January 25, 2016, the surrounding neighbors
have serious concerns about the lack of parking and potential traffic problems involving Mountain's
Edge project. The project consists of 111 town homes and 17 single family homes and the overall
site plan that we were shown does not display adequate parking for that many residents. Without
adequate parking, our neighborhood will fill with the overflow. I have lived on Yorkshire Street for
almost 19 years now and I have spent over 10 years trying to get the city to do something about the
speeding on Yorkshire Street. I am always told that there is no money in the budget to make any
improvements. They even stopped using stencils on the road. This is a school bus route and I am
very concerned for the safety of the children. Mountain's Edge is going to create even more traffic on
Yorkshire as more motorists will migrate through the neighborhood from Overland Trail. The traffic
study that was done in 2016 substantiates that as well. I spoke to Nicole ( not positive on her
name) at that meeting and she stated that it might be a good time to have the city re-evaluate this
safety concern. I gave her my email, but I never received anything from her or anyone else about
this.

Yeah, hi Dylan. This is bruce, Belleville. I'm home owner out in Southwest
part of the city, and I unfortunately was not able to go to the January 25th
meeting at Fort Collins Bible church concerning the mountains Edge project
development plan, but I had a couple of questions. So if someone could call
me back you or ted ar someone else that'd be fine. I I can tell you what my
questions are is have some to do with the intersection of drake and overland
trail. Which is a stop sign at present heading west I assume they'll be a
traffic lights there, but the traffic will come in and out of the new
development through bluegrass I guess. So maybe you can give me more
ideas. I'll go ahead and look online as well, but my phone number best
number to reach me is my cellphone. I'm here in Fort Collins my cellphone
is 406 871-6080 740-687-1608 7 so that's one question and I think this
development has nothing to do with what's happening with hugh stadium,
but perhaps there in a related. I doubt it so mostly my questions have to do
