On Thursday, October 20, 2017, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 7— 0 to approve Fort Collins Jeep, P.D.P.,
#170013, subject to the following condition:
The walkway along the entire north property line and a portion of the west
property line shall be removed from all submittal documents related to the Final
Plan. In addition, the north fence shall be shifted to the north in such a way as to
abut the existing fence along the north property line in such a way as to eliminate
any walkable space between the proposed and existing fences.
